18 Years of God's Grace and Faithfulness
Soweto Christian Centre was founded on 6 July 2008 under the leadership of Senior Pastors Rev. T.R. Mosia and Pastor Zandi Mosia. What began with a small group of believers meeting at Mafori Mphahlele High School has grown into a thriving ministry impacting lives throughout Soweto.
Over the years God has faithfully expanded the ministry from community halls and temporary worship venues to multiple branches serving hundreds of families.
Today we continue to raise disciples, develop leaders, strengthen families and bring hope to communities through the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. To God be all the glory.
Milestones of Grace
2008
Soweto Christian Centre is founded on 6 July at Mafori Mphahlele High School with a small group of believers.
2009
Ministry expands as new members join and outreach begins in the surrounding communities.
2012
The church settles into a permanent worship venue at the Moroka Branch.
2019
Second branch opens in Protea Glen Extension 3 to reach more families.
2026
Celebrating 18 years of God's grace and preparing for an exciting new season of growth.
